For the main event, Song Yadong is the value side for me. Umar Nurmagomedov is a rightful favorite on paper: he is technical, disciplined, chains his takedowns well, and once he gets control positions, he is very difficult to escape from cleanly. But Song is not the type of bantamweight who can simply be bullied physically. He is strong, explosive, fast with his hands, and carries the kind of raw punching power that keeps him dangerous for all five rounds.

The key will be how well Song can stop the first entries. Umar is not just a wrestler; he kicks well, moves well, and sets up his takedowns intelligently. But Song has the strength and takedown defense to make those control positions hard to secure. If Umar cannot hold him against the fence or on the mat for long stretches, this becomes a much more competitive fight on the feet than the market suggests.

Offensively, Song is the more dangerous finisher. He explodes forward quickly, has a heavy right hand, counters well, and if Umar gets too comfortable on his entries, Song can punish him. Song does not need to dominate every minute of this fight. He needs to defend the important takedowns, force enough striking exchanges, and land the bigger, more visible shots.

The home crowd can also matter here. It does not guarantee anything, but in a high-level bantamweight main event, momentum, confidence and crowd energy can be real factors. Umar is a very complete fighter, but at this price, Song is too live to ignore. For me, he is a real underdog pick.
