Dan Hooker vs Salahdine Parnasse
Pick: Salahdine Parnasse to win
For the main event, I like Parnasse’s side. Hooker brings huge UFC experience, has fought elite names, and his long, awkward striking is always dangerous. But Parnasse is not a normal UFC debutant. He has already proven himself at championship level across multiple divisions, and he brings a mature, composed and complete game.

Against Hooker, the key is discipline. Parnasse cannot turn this into a reckless war. If he uses movement, sharp counters, body work and well-timed level changes, he can take away Hooker’s rhythm. Hooker has been through many hard fights, while Parnasse looks fresher, quicker and much more polished than the average newcomer.

In Paris, with the crowd behind him, this is a huge moment. But Parnasse has already dealt with title-fight pressure. If he stays calm and mixes striking with grappling threats, I think he can force Hooker into his fight.

Pick: Farès Ziam to win
Ziam is one of the strongest sides on this card. He is more proven at UFC level, technically cleaner, and fighting at home is a strong spot for him. Sola has a good record, but this is a serious step up.
